All orders ship from Washington State, USA. We ship within the United States and to select international destinations.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping rates
We offer flat-rate shipping. Your exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Domestic shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier.
International shipping
We ship to select countries outside the United States. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and are collected by the carrier or the destination country's customs authority.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in the carrier's control. If your tracking shows a problem, your package is significantly delayed, or your order arrives damaged, email orders@polvadera-hats.com and we will help you follow up.
