Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Polvadera Hats purchase. If something isn't right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed;
- In new, original condition; and
- Returned with all original tags and components attached.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged, or that are missing their original tags or components, are not eligible for return.
How to start a return
To begin a return, email us at orders@polvadera-hats.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Please include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply with the return mailing address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different edition or item, please return your original item for a refund in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
Gift returns
Items purchased as gifts and then returned are refunded to the original purchaser.
Final sale
Items identified as final sale are not eligible for return or refund. Where an item is final sale, this will be noted on the product.
