Shipping

When will my order ship?

Every hat is in stock and ready to go. Orders are packed and shipped within one business day of your purchase. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

How much is shipping?

Domestic shipping is $8 for Standard and $15 for Express. International shipping is a flat $25.

How long does delivery take?

Domestic Standard usually arrives in 3 to 5 business days, and Express in 1 to 2 business days. International orders take 7 to 21 days depending on your country and customs.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide at a flat $25 rate. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their country.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Washington State.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Do you offer exchanges?

We process returns as refunds rather than exchanges. If you want a different edition, return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.

How do I start a return?

Email us at orders@polvadera-hats.com with your order number and we will walk you through it.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned hat, your refund is issued to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for the funds to show up depending on your bank.

Product and Sizing

What size are the hats?

Every Polvadera hat is one size fits most, with an adjustable snapback closure.

What are the hats made of?

Premium cotton and suede, with a patch design in durable PVC.

How do I care for my hat?

Clean with a microfiber cloth. Do not put it in the washing machine. For a deeper clean, use a dedicated hat cleaner or take it to a dry cleaner.

What is Concours Vol I?

Concours Vol I is our first collection. Four editions, each built around a different city and its car culture. Los Angeles, San Francisco, Guadalajara, and Rancho Sierra. Each one is its own design with its own story.

Editions and Availability

Are the editions limited?

Yes. Each edition in Concours Vol I is a limited run of 200 pieces. When an edition sells out, it is gone.

Will sold-out editions come back?

No. Each edition is a one-time run. When it sells out, it is retired for good.

Is there a Volume II coming?

Yes. More editions are on the way. Join our email list to hear about the next drop before anyone else.

Orders and Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel, email orders@polvadera-hats.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped we cannot change it.
